Pizza is a kind of food that originated in Italy, and be populated with people all around. Polo had an inspiration, he described the pie that he ate in China to the chef, and the chef was very interesting about the pie, so he did as Marco .Polo told him. However, the chef tried several of ways; he still couldn't fill the stuffing into the dough. At time was near 2pm, people all had been hungry. Then, Marco .Polo proposed to put the stuffing on the dough to eat. After eating, people all think well of this kind of pie. The chef has tried for several times after return to Naples, and accompanied by a cheese and condiments, and only t find that it is greatly welcomed by diners. From then on, pizza spreads out.

According to statistics, Italian has almost more than 2million pizzeria, among which Naples has taken up 1200. Most of the Neapolitan would eat at least one a week, and some may deem pizza as their lunch and dinner. Whether the poor or the rich like to fold pizza in their hand to eat, thus it is a way to distinguish whether the pizza is good or not. Pizza must be moderate in hardness, even fold it as the wallet, it won't rupture is the good one.
